Last Saturday evening tragedy struck in Calahonda Park when Alan Howman collapsed and died in our gardens after returning from an evening out with his wife Sue.
I know that Sue will wish me to thank all of those kind people who saw the incident and helped, particularly the young gentleman who gave resuscitation treatment until the ambulance arrived. The paramedics were fantastic and worked very, very hard to resuscitate him but without success.
He and Sue have been owners here on E Blq for many years past and this was the first year since the Pandemic that they have been able to visit and enjoy their apto once more. We understand her family have arrived to be with their Mother.
I have sent condolences on behalf of the community to Sue and her family.
